ERP System Engineer / Project Management

As an ERP System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, solution and assistance to our clients using our ERP software. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues (by understanding the system flow), providing training and guidance to users, and collaborating with our development team, partners and sales team to enhance the functionality of our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients using our ERP software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the development team to address software bugs and implement enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the ERP system and support processes.
• Respond to helpdesk support ticketing system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experienced is welcome to apply.
• Proven experience working as an ERP System Engineer, Support, project management or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their functionality.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills as well as providing solution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to describe complex problem into an easy to understand statement and communicate them professionally to all stakeholders.
